INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF TEST PRODUCTS
To submit a product (herein the “Test Product”):

Fill out and sign the Application Form below

The BCS Advisory Board will review the application and respond via email or phone. Clients are assigned a Project Coordinator who will work one-on-one to answer any questions, and to coordinate the project.

If the Test Product is accepted by BCS, directions on submitting the Test Product (s) will be forthcoming.
SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR TEST PRODUCT (S) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client assures that the Test Product submitted is safe and appropriate for use for human consumption, and that the label claims (provided with submission of the Test Product), are accurate.
In the event that a client submits a Test Product (s) that has an inaccurate or false label or ingredient panel (or submission document), and/or; In the event that the client submits a Test Product under false pretenses, including providing false information about the Test Product and its ingredients or potential side effects, whether provided to BCS via phone, documents, conversations, etc., the client will be held legally responsible, and liable for any legal actions and subsequent financial liabilities taken against BCS regarding BCS’s approval of the Test Product. In the event of any legal issues between the client and BCS, the legal Venue will be limited to the State of Georgia.
The client hereby accepts these terms, guidelines, and responsibilities as stated herein (in this form):
*If more than one Test Food is being submitted, fill out one (1) Application Form for each product submitted, including different flavors.

Following submission of the official application, the client will be contacted, and will be advised as to the appropriate steps to approval.
Client use of the Seal/Mark depends on compliance with the protocols as set forth by the scientific board. The Seal/Mark does not convey any diabetic approval, as this requires Human In Vivo Clinical Trials for substantiation.
Nor does the Seal/Mark convey or implicate any specific health benefits or claims to the client or to the public.
